Refunds will attract a restocking fee of $20 in the case items are not faulty.
To be eligible for a refund item(s) must be in their original supplied condition. Item(s) considered defective or damaged in transit are also eligible for refund or replacement.
To be eligible for a refund goods must be in their original supplied condition. To return any items please repackage the item(s) and contact info@denverandliely.com where will provide you an address to return the item(s) to.
If you received the wrong product or it was damaged during shipping, please contact us at info@denverandliely.com We will require images of the damaged goods or packaging to initiate replacement or refund.
Once you've submitted your return request, you'll receive an email confirmation with details on the return location. Please use the original packaging and package again if required for safe transit.
Once we receive the item(s) we'll process the return, issue a refund, and send you a return receipt confirmation email. This process can take up to 5 business days.
Once we receive your item, a refund is initiated immediately.
If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within four (4) business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request.
If you paid by PayPal, refunds will be sent back to your PayPal account within four (4) business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request.
