Are you concerned about your glasses getting broken during shipping? Don’t be. We have shipped glasses all over the world with not a single breakage in the history of the company. Something we're very proud of but this is not due to chance. It's by design. Each glass comes in its very own packaging tube specially designed to withstand the abuse of postal services around the world. That tube then gets further packaging to double down on the protection.
In the rare case that a breakage does occur, don’t worry, we got ya! Just send a photo of the damaged glass and packaging and we will send you another one, no questions asked.
